I was an overweight kid growing up. I wasn’t too concerned with fitness and pretty much ate whatever whenever. This however changed when I saw my 21st birthday pictures. I had an epiphany and realized I did not want to be this person anymore! I picked up Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding and never looked back. Over the years I picked up more books and certifications and continually applied my learning to my own body. Only after adopting and mastering my learning to myself did I then preach to others.
Over the years I have inspired many to live fitter, faster, stronger and healthier lives. These people have come from all walks of life and have had a wide variety of goals. I have trained men who simply seek to look good aesthetically, women looking to build a better midsection/posterior, older individuals seeking better posture/energy levels and athletes seeking to gain an edge in their performance.
There is no better feeling than someone telling you that their lives have been changed for the better. My motivation is simply you! Everyone is an athlete, just waiting to be chiseled out. If you put in the work, there is no limit to what you can achieve!
The path to success is however not linear! There were many trials and tribulations, some of which I passed, some I didn’t. I experienced a severe lower back injury and had to teach myself how to walk again. I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of fitness and have put in the long tough hours in the gym to refine my mind, body, and craft.
